Effective July 2026. Plain words on purpose — you should never need a lawyer to understand a promise.
1. Who we are
"Loving My Words" and "The Creator's Greenhouse" are the writing-systems house owned by Lei A. Benoit. The eight systems, their names, methods, doctrine, prompts, and materials are her exclusive proprietary intellectual property.
Platform
The systems of this house are built, run, and verified on Claude (Anthropic). Every inspection report, seal, and receipt we publish was earned there — on Claude and nowhere else. We recommend and support Claude only: we cannot guarantee our systems on any other platform — their behavior, their quality, or their safeguards — and use elsewhere is unsupported and at your own risk. Loving My Words is an independent company; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Anthropic.
2. Copyright & ownership
Everything that makes this house this house — The Creator's Greenhouse, the eight rooms, their methodologies, doctrines, prompts, gates, teaching frameworks, demo experiences, and all written materials — is the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Lei A. Benoit, protected by copyright from the moment of creation.
The Greenhouse Method™, The Honest Read™, and the names of the rooms — The Reader's Verdict™, The Script Reader's Verdict™, The Building Block™, The Editor's Standard™, Writing Your Story™, The Screenwriter's Room™, Showrunner’s Room™, and Writing My Words™ — are used as trademarks of Loving My Words. We claim them honestly, the way we claim everything: as ™ marks in use, with no registered (®) status claimed until registration is granted.
3. Your work is yours
Every word you bring and every word you approve remains yours: your manuscript, your story, your screenplay, your copyright. We claim no ownership of your work — not a chapter, not a character, not a line. Ever. When an engagement ends, your deliverables go with you, complete, in real files you own.
4. No training on your words
Your manuscript is never used to train AI models — not ours, not anyone's. Sessions run under commercial API terms that exclude your content from model training, and where any platform setting affects your work's handling, we choose the protective option and say so plainly. Feedback you volunteer about our systems may improve the systems; your pages may not, and do not.
5. What the service is
Professional-grade reads, edits, conversions, teaching, and companionship delivered through AI systems built and governed by our published doctrine. Our findings and suggestions are professional opinions grounded in industry standards; every walkthrough is offered by choice and never forced; nothing in your manuscript changes without your explicit approval.
6. Protection of the system
The promise runs the other way too: our systems, methods, prompts, and materials remain ours. They may not be copied, scraped, extracted, probed for their prompts or doctrine, reverse-engineered, resold, sub-licensed, or used to build or benchmark a competing system. Access to a room is a license to use the room, not a license to open its walls.
A license code binds one work: the manuscript it was issued for is the manuscript it serves, through that work's engagement — including its revision sessions — and no other. Codes are not transferable between works or people.
The systems are built, verified, and proven on Claude (Anthropic) — and only there. Our promises, gates, and results apply to the systems as delivered, on that platform. We cannot verify — and do not warrant — behavior of any system run on any other platform or modified deployment.
7. The honest limit
No AI in the world is 100% accurate throughout. We are shooting for it every day — with mechanical gates, real verification, and standards built from published and produced work — and where we are not certain, we say so instead of guessing. The service is provided "as is," without warranty of publication, production, sale, or any particular outcome. A verdict is a professional opinion, honestly held; the final judgment on your work always belongs to you.
8. Beta program
During beta, features may change and reads may be re-run as systems improve. Beta access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be used to benchmark, train, or build competing systems. Feedback you share about the systems may be used to improve them — your manuscript may not.
9. Veterans program
Writing My Words is free to veterans, always. It is a companion and a writing room — it is not therapy, medical care, or crisis services. If a moment is bigger than a story: Veterans Crisis Line, dial 988 then press 1, or text 838255.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law does not allow us to limit.

This page is a plain-language promise, written so a writer can read it whole. It is not a substitute for the formal attorney review that precedes public launch — that review is part of the plan, and this page will be updated when it is complete.
